Terms of Use

This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these TERMS") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of all text, code, media, software, and support or services (hereinafter referred to as "the DATA, etc.") provided by Sara Kotova, Nekoformi and at_0111 (hereinafter referred to as "WE" or "US"). By complying with these TERMS, you (hereinafter referred to as "the USER") are permitted to download, use, reproduce, modify, display, and advertise (hereinafter referred to as "USE") the DATA, etc.

Article 2: Use

1. The USER are prohibited from using the DATA, etc. in violation of these TERMS.
2. WE shall not bear any responsibility or provide any guarantees for damages arising from the DATA, etc. (except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on my part).
3. WE shall not bear any responsibility or provide any guarantees regarding transactions, communications, disputes, etc. that may arise between USER and other USER or third parties in relation to the DATA, etc.
4. If you intend to USE the DATA, etc. for commercial purposes (whether directly or indirectly), please inquire with US to obtain approval, and follow any instructions provided by US.
5. Persistent pursuit regarding my response or reaction to claims, etc. from USER is prohibited.

Article 3: Appropriate Matters

In using the USER, etc., the USER is permitted to engage in the following acts:

1. Downloading, using, and reproducing the DATA, etc. without notifying or informing US
2. Appropriately displaying and advertising the DATA, etc. without notifying or informing US
3. Modifying the DATA, etc. and distributing the derivative work (In this case, whether or not to give credit is not an issue, but if you do give credit, please be careful to avoid misspellings).

Article 4: Prohibited Matters

When using the DATA, etc., the USER must not engage in the following acts:

1. Using the DATA, etc. for criminal purposes
2. Using the DATA, etc. in a manner that violates laws or public order and morals
3. Using the DATA, etc. for improper purposes
4. Using the DATA, etc. for commercial purposes without permission
5. Using the DATA, etc. to cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to third parties
6. Making false statements or declarations regarding the DATA, etc.
7. Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights contained in the DATA, etc.
8. Redistributing (secondary distribution) the DATA, etc. without permission
9. Intentionally concealing credits contained in the DATA, etc.
10. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by US

Article 5: Measures for Violation

1. If the USER USE the DATA, etc. in a manner that violates these TERMS, WE may take legal action.

Article 6: Changes to the DATA, etc.

1. The DATA, etc. may be modified without requiring individual consent from the USER.

Article 7: Changes to these TERMS

1. These TERMS may be modified without requiring individual consent from the USER.
2. If these TERMS are updated, the USER must review and agree to the updated TERMS before being able to USE the DATA, etc.
3. For DATA, etc. USEd by USER before these TERMS are updated, the TERMS that were in effect prior to the update shall apply.

Article 8: Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations

1. The USER may not assign or pledge any rights or obligations under these TERMS to any third party without my prior written consent or notification.

Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These TERMS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
